Todd has over fifteen years of experience in graphic, user-experience, and user-interface design. He has worked with clients ranging in scope from small grassroots non-profits to enterprise-scale global corporations. He specializes in brand-centered design with a focus on usability. He has worked with a wide variety of mobile, desktop, and web-based platforms, including; iPhone and iPad, Android handsets and tablets, Macintosh OS desktop applications, Blu-ray, and OEM embedded systems.
Prior to starting TLDA, Todd was the Art Director and Senior Designer at the New York-based branding firm, On Design. Before that, he worked at Critical Path Software in Portland, Oregon, where he focused on user-experience design and product development in the company’s Internet Applications Division. Todd got his start in design at the Portland-based branding firm, ID Incorporated. He has also worked independently for various national design groups, including MarchFirst, the Nautilus Group, Nike, USWeb/CKS, and Vizwerks.
Todd is a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Art and Design, where he studied graphic design and printmaking. His work has been featured in several design publications, including Black Book AR100, Graphic Design USA, Logo Lounge, and Print.
